The need for genuine, heartfelt communication has never been more critical. Drawing upon principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and integrating the practice of embodied consent, this workshop offers an approach to building bridges and nurturing resilient communities.
Workshop Overview
Effective communication transcends words—it involves the body, mind, emotions, and respect for one's boundaries and needs. We will practice being attentive both to our own bodies and boundaries, as well as the needs and emotions of others.By exploring the foundational elements of NVC, including observing without judging, identifying and expressing feelings, understanding needs, and making requests, we will practice skills to navigate conversations with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
